Easioo is an online service reserved for professionals, which makes it possible to prepare a company's social media communication with the help of an assistant based on artificial intelligence. The client approves the proposed content and publishes it on its own accounts; automatic publication may be offered to it on an experimental basis.

Access to and use of the service are governed by the terms of use. Paid offers are governed by the terms of sale. These documents are available on the site and are accessible before any order.

In accordance with articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a single market for digital services, Easioo's single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and the recipients of the service can be reached at contact@easioo.com. Communications may take place in French or English.

Any person may report to Easioo content stored by means of the service that they consider illegal, by sending an email to contact@easioo.com containing:

• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why the content is considered illegal;

• a clear indication of the exact location of the content, in particular its electronic address;

• the name and email address of the person submitting the report, except where the report concerns an offence relating to the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children;

• a statement confirming that the person submitting the report believes in good faith that the information and allegations it contains are accurate and complete.

Easioo acknowledges receipt of the report, examines it in a timely, diligent and objective manner, and informs its author of the decision taken and of the available means of redress. Abusive reporting of content in order to have it removed may give rise to criminal penalties.

Content published on a social network is under the control of the platform concerned. Its removal must be requested from that platform or from the company that published it.

The site, the service, their structure, software, texts, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, the character of Léa and all their elements are the exclusive property of Easioo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or use, in whole or in part, without Easioo's prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

The content provided by clients and the items belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The processing of personal data carried out by Easioo and the cookies used on the site are described in the privacy policy.
